• A “small“ dog, as we understand it, is a dog with a shoulder height of no more than 30 cm.

• Your room will be ready for you from 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please let us know if you arrive after 4:30 pm.
• A lift is available at the hotel.
• We accept the following ways of payment: Advance bank transfer, Cash, EC/Maestro, VISA and MasterCard.

Travel insurance:

We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance. We include the appropriate forms with your booking information. When booking online, you can purchase travel insurance with the insurer „Allianz“ directly via the booking dialogue.
